Rental
We manage properties in Utah, Florida and Texas.
We have properties that can accommodate guest between 2-16 people. We have properties that accommodate every business professional, the destination traveler or family vacation-goer.
We have properties that are close to town or secluded depending on your preference.
Amenities
Although it's your right to smoke, we try to be respectful of the owner's property and ask that you don't smoke in the house. Outside of the home or in your personal vehicle is entirely up to you. If caught smoking in the property you'll be charged $1,000.00
We have an emergency list of providers that will be listed on the counter top and fridges.
Other
Smoking fee, cleaning fee, service fee. These are all in association to standard booking site fees.
