How long does SAW manage the property?

We typically will sign 12-24 month rental agreements.

How does a short-term rental work?

We sign the lease as the business to you and pay each month. We then run our business of VRBO, Airbnb and Bookings.com from that location. We'll never have pets, never smoke inside the property and have cleaners in there 3-5 times a week. Your property will always remain in like-new condition during the duration of our rental agreement with you.

How do you manage security on the property?

We have custom codes for every guest coming to the property. We have a noise meter inside the property to make sure that guest keep the noise level to a normal amount. We always have cleaners take before and after pictures of each stay, this always allows us to know how every inch of the property is looking.

What happens if there are damages to the property?

Any MAJOR damage will be covered by YOU as the property owner. Minor damages will be taken care of by our team. We're insured up to $4MM per property. If there is an issue with a back up toilet, paint, or appliance work. SAW will take care of it.

There are additional fees?

We make things simple, you allow us to sign the lease, we're running the STR within 1-month
